It is our job to build relationships with nonprofits; to determine their volunteer needs and help on-board our volunteers.
How it works
We get to know the volunteer needs of your organization. When we have a client who we believe fits well with your nonprofit, we discuss a potential match with you. We review our client's availability, goals, and interests to ensure they match with the current opportunities in your organization. Our goal is mutually beneficial long-term service.
Complete our Nonprofit Needs Assessment to let us know about your volunteer and in-kind needs. We use this information to help match volunteers with organizations as well as to share needs with our community of volunteers. The more information you can give, the more likely we can help.
Volunteer engagement and retention
As a nonprofit that facilitates volunteerism, Charity Connect asks and learns about what’s working and not working for both volunteers and nonprofits. We use that data to conduct strategy sessions with volunteer program directors. Our workshops provide time for nonprofit personnel to collaborate and mindfully evaluate each stage of their volunteer management.
