Put me in, coach!

Jonathan Ger is warm, inquisitive, and an excellent listener. All these skills serve him well as a life and leadership coach with Ripple Coaching & Consulting. Jonathan wanted to volunteer in person utilizing his coaching and mentoring skills. SEEC helps individuals with intellectual disabilities live, work, and thrive in their community. Jonathan has been volunteering to do mock interviews for SEEC. He explains why this is a good volunteer fit for him:
